Day 654

Day 654 Thursday November 1, 2018    927 Days to Go

Trump has been subpoenaed by Mueller and is fighting it in court.

You heard me. (And you probably heard it here first!)

There is no question about this.

Trump said it himself.

Let me explain.

I have developed some AI (Artificial Intelligence) software, which to date has always been right. It’s called “Rick’s Trumpolater” and is marketed by my company Half Vast Enterprises under the name “De Trumpolator” or “DT” for short.

The Trumpolator

In this never before revealed inner-workings of the Trumpolator, I reveal – for the first time – how it works. Okay, first it’s a piece of software. That means you put data in and you get something out. In the case of the Trumpolator you can put in a speech by Trump and get out what he is really saying.

For instance: put in “Globalists” you get out “Jews.”

Put in “Nationalists” you get out “White Nationalists” or “Nazis.” (There is a random number generator which depending on whether the random number is odd or even determines which word it spits out.)

Okay, now that I’ve revealed some of the inputs and outputs to the DT, let me share with you one of the core principles of the DT. That is – in any given speech or statement Trump always lies. It’s part of who he is. Let me be clear on this point. Trump may not be aware he is lying so he can claim he wasn’t lying, but what the Trumpolator can ferret out is that in any statement he makes there is an element that is not true. We here at Trumpolator Central use a short-hand term for this “ a lie”, or “lying.” We don’t know if Trump is consciously lying or if he does not know fact from what he says, but we do know that with 1000% accuracy he has never not lied in any statement or speech he has made.

So with the above in mind permit me to run through the Trumpolator the following Q & A from the president yesterday:

“Have you been subpoenaed by Robert Mueller?”

“No.”

Running this thorough the Trumpolator:

“No.” ——> “Yes.”

This is incontrovertible.

There you have it.

Why was he even asked this question at this time? It turns out that there was an article in Politico written by someone familiar with such things as legal cases (these people are often called lawyers or prosecutors)  that there are a series of sealed documents that the public record reveals someone is fighting something legally behind closed doors. Whatever it is, and whomever is doing the fighting, has to be a pretty special case because the usual shmuck doesn’t get this kind of timely attention. Who brought the case is not known either, but given the unusual circumstances said lawyerly types conclude that it is Mueller and the person fighting is Trump.

Also, interestingly, yesterday we got to see the material referred to the House Judiciary Committee in 1974 that showed the facts in the case against then President Nixon.

Where the current fighting is going on is the same court where the case against Nixon was done. In that 1974 case there had been a grand jury convened, which heard the evidence against Nixon. The evidence was damning. There was no wiggle room. He was guilty. However, the question came up as to could you indict a sitting President? The only way to get a sitting president from office was if the Vice-President and the cabinet voted that the pres was unfit to serve and thus removed him or if he was impeached by the House and voted by a 2/3 majority in the Senate that he was guilty and thus would be removed. This left moot the question of whether a president could go on criminal trial while serving and what would happen if he was found guilty and put in jail. He could theoretically still be president, and like a convicted mob boss, still be running his organization from his cell.

In the Nixon case a group of Senators went to Nixon with the evidence they had and he resigned.

So are we about to find out? Find out what will happen if a president has charges brought against him?

Unfortunately, the Trumpolator is not advanced enough to handle such questions.
