Okay, hold on. Mark Meadows is trying to move the case to Federal court. There is an argument for doing this. That is if the person was acting within their official duties. Meadows is arguing that he was making arrangements for the President, and placing phone calls, etc. All in his official capacity. The problem for him will be trying to convince a Federal judge that attempting to overthrow the government of The United States was part of his official duties.

This specifies things like phone calls, tweets, visits, meetings, etc. all in furtherance of the criminal enterprise (Ie Trying to get Trump declared winner of an election he lost). This includes intimidating by name the two election workers in Georgia. Rudy said they were passing a usb drive like it was a vial of cocaine. In fact, the daughter was giving her mother “a ginger mint.” Hey. Come on, you know they make usb drives look like all sorts of cute things. Maybe, there’s “a ginger mint usb drive”? Who knows?
