Day 1381 – “They Let You Do It”

Happy All Saints Day, Day of the Dead, etc. etc. etc.

Since the Orange One has said he’ll protect women “Whether they like it or not.” Many past clips of him have been played on this theme. Most notably his “You know when you’re famous they let you do it,” clip.

Up From the Sewer

To which I say, “No, no they don’t.” You grabbed someone unsuspectedly. There was no letting you do it. You’ve admitted walking into women’s changing rooms. There was no “letting you do it” to anything you did in this regard. If you remember back in 2015 a host of women related stories of being grabbed by the genitals and their looking around in surprise and the only person there was Donald Trump.

There have been a bunch of attack ads against Kamala saying she let transgender kids into girls’ bathrooms, saying they were really men pretending to be girls just so they could look at the women. Yeah? What about the guy who leads the Republican Party who admits to walking right into women’s changing rooms? “They let you do it.” The guy who has been accused by multiple women of being grabbed in their private parts? There was no pretention there.

I can hear it now. “You know there’s a sign on the door. It says ‘Women’. You can walk right in. No one is stopping you. They let you do it.”

And, if you think about it, that’s pretty much Donald Trump’s whole modus operandi in life.

You can not pay people – They let you do it.

You can walk into women’s rooms – They let you do it.

You can grab ‘em by the p*ssy – They let you do it.

You can sue people for no reason – They let you do it.

You can lie your ass off – They let you do it.

You can cheat people – They let you do it.

You can say things you don’t believe – They let you do it.

Yup pretty much sums up his life.

He is like the kids in 7th grade who discover the phrase, “Excuse me,” and think that let’s them stomp on someone else’s foot and it’s okay as long as they say, “Excuse me.”

The point of the “W” to mark a women’s room is not so a man knows where it is and can barge in. It’s to let everyone know that it is for women, not men. You, as a member of society, are supposed to understand that if you are a man you are not to go in there. It’s simple. It’s something Donald Trump doesn’t care to abid by. It’s simple.

You’re right, it’s very simple. Unfortunately since no one has ever held him to any sort of accountability his entire life, he feels (not sure he’s capable of feeling but that’s the only word I’ve got) that it doesn’t apply to him.
I will tell you that when I was a barmaid back in the 70s, some guy put his hand down my shirt as I was setting his beer down. I hit him upside the head with said beer, grabbed him by the hair, and dragged his ass out the door and into the street. Too bad no one ever did that to that orange baboon.
