Oh boy, I was getting ready to go upstairs to bed last night when I picked up the local paper and read the headline. Our state senator, Amanda Chase, has accused the Democrats of hating white people. As I said, oh boy.

Apparently the registrar in Richmond had not followed some of the new laws and guidelines in regards to the most recent election. While the article I was reading mentioned the mayor of Richmond saying that it should be looked into etc. I saw nothing of what Chase alleged. The article did quote the registrar as saying she hoped it wasn’t because of race. 

I had to dig around to find other articles that finally mentioned some state Dem officials saying that the registrar should step down. A position she has held since 1995. I could not find if the woman was a Republican or a Democrat, but I assume the former.

Chase for her part was pictured in the article, bullhorn to mouth. She looked like she had just stepped off a golf cart and she looked old and wrinkled, a far cry from the youthful smiling long haired blond pictures she puts on her campaign posters. 

Many consider her the front runner for the Republican nomination for governor. Lest we forget Amanda Chase likes to tell people she carries a gun in her purse, has belittled police for not letting her park her car in a restricted area in front of the Capital (because she didn’t want to be inconvenienced by walking from the parking lot), and most recently had some of her supporters arrested in Philadelphia for carrying unregistered arms while trying to stuff the ballot box, and oh yes they are members of Qanon, according to the bumper sticker on their Hummer.

Chase has been heading up rallies entitled “Stop the Steal.” Interestingly when the Virginia election results were being certified no one spoke up in opposition. Apparently, if you lie in court you can be arrested. If you are a lawyer you can lose your privilege to be a member of the court. This is the reason lawyers will hold press conferences and rallies, but will be strangely silent in court around such matters.

Then I read an article that said how horrible Joe Biden was for not … I forget. It revolved around the vaccine and the idea that had if it not been for Satan we would not be close to having a vaccine. While it seems to be true that the president did initiate a program to quickly distribute the vaccine once it became available, the president of Pfizer, one of the companies closest to having a vaccine ready, made very clear in an interview on 60 Minutes that his company did not take any money from Satan. (Ie Satan had nothing to do with the development of their vaccine.)

The other company, Moderna, is crediting someone with help and it’s not Satan. It’s Dolly Parton who gave a million dollars for corona virus research and Moderna says without her it would have taken a lot longer to get the ball rolling.

Meanwhile, the transition team is making clear that Satan has not helped in the transition and therefore more people will die because of Satan’s intransigence. It doesn’t help to have a project “Warp Speed” if in fact the incoming folks don’t know what they are doing at old WS. 

And Satan has called for troops to be drawn down in our two areas of conflict five days before he leaves office. 

In short, just to be clear, in case anyone doesn’t understand. The evidence is clear:

THE CURRENT PRESIDENT IS DOING EVERYTHING HE CAN TO DESTORY THIS COUNTRY, OUR GOVERNMENT, AND OUR WAY OF LIFE.

I mean how hard would it be for him to tweet, “Wear a Mask’? 

But he doesn’t.

And people like Amanda Chase support him.

“I read the news today – oh boy” Headline after headline, state after state, the number of Covid cases is rising. It’s not a slow rise, it’s a rocket trail straight up as it gets.

I wonder how the governors of North and South Dakota are excusing their earlier defiant behavior?

Meanwhile, Satan continues to try and overthrow the election and gum up the transition. This is like a bad movie you can’t stop watching.

Ms. Ocasio-Cortez made a good point a few days ago. She pointed out that the people who lost their elections had no digital campaign. They were moderate candidates, not the progressives, and they had no digital ground game. Hum, maybe making suggestions and taking actions that would really help people is the way to go? Oh no, wait, that’s too – what would you call it? – Progressive?

As I took a walk around the neighborhood I saw smoke, like smoke from a grill. It kind of wafted about and didn’t really rise. The air was calm. The look of the smoke wasn’t right for charcoal, and it wasn’t the acrid smell from a house fire, I recognized the look and the smell. It took some time to recall when last I had seen and smelled such smoke.

I was riding with my mother in Auntie’s ’39 Buick. We were on the straightaway on Peaceable Street. There were leaves, raked into the gutter along the road. They were burning. White smoke rose up from red embers.

Someone was burning leaves!

The title of this piece is a quote as near as I can remember it from former Republican strategist Elise Jordan in regards to Rudy Guiliani the last time he made a fool of himself. (Okay, maybe it wasn’t the last time, but one of the times before.) For me that pretty well sums it up when it comes to Rudy. 

Moving on, we now have Satan trying to outright steal the election. Is anyone surprised?

And being the malicious little bully that he is, he’s trying to make as much of a mess as he can of the government before he leaves and to stall the transition in anyway he can. To wit:

– He has ordered by tweet (is that legit?) for troops to be drawn down in Afghanistan and Iraq to 2500 by January 15, five days before he leaves office.

– He has not ordered the GSA Administrator to sign the transition paperwork.

– He has not attended a corona virus task force meeting in months and is not commenting on it and has taken no action, other than to claim that he is responsible for the vaccine, which he is not. (Oddly the person more responsible is Dolly Parton, who gave Vanderbilt University one million dollars for corona virus research.)

This is typical and some in the Republican party are being hailed as brave for saying something. They are all cowards, and like Satan have no interest in helping people. Why should they? They owe their allegiance to powerful interests that pay for their campaigns and give them lucrative insider tips and fees for speeches and books.

However, what some Republicans are learning is that Satan doesn’t care about them. I mean as much as is riding on the Georgia Senate races you’d think he’d go down there and stump for them. No. Ain’t gonna do it. Why should he? How does it benefit him? 

Meanwhile that lying cheating governor of Georgia has certified their election results but asked for another hand recount. I guess the counters get paid and this is the Republican idea of how you inject money into the economy.

Speaking of injecting money into the economy one of the economic commentators said that for all the money we’ve spent on the economy we could have instead given every household $25,000.00. Hum, which do you think would have done more for the economy and people hurting economically?

Mike Pence came out of hiding and did his “American People” routine about something or other and then promptly left the news room as the reporters shouted after him about the corona virus task force.

The My Pillow Guy and Ricky Schroeder have bailed the kid out of jail that shot and killed two people in Minnesota. At least it was white on white and so I’m sure Dave Chappelle has something to say about that.

Fox News is starting to turn. Tucker Carlson said that woman with Rudy, the one who wanted all the swing states to ignore their election results and appoint Satan electors, did not provide dear Tucker with any evidence of voter fraud. Why should she? You don’t need no stinkin’ evidence Tucker. Come on man, just blame it on Hugo Chavez and Mayor Daley. What’s wrong with you? It’s a little late in your career to be asking for facts.

There is still time to impeach this man before he does more harm.

Meanwhile his namesake got the virus. How did that happen? George Soros no doubt.

And lastly, many in our neighborhood still have out their “Trump 2020” signs. I keep wanting to post atop them “LOSER” and maybe “SUCKERS.”

If you are a supporter of the current president or a Republican you might be shocked to learn that the current inhabitant of The White House doesn’t give a fuck about you, the country, or anything else but himself.

I have it on good authority he cheats at golf. Just sayin’

Here is the list of conspirators and organizations who through their nefarious actions cost our great leader the election:

China,

Antifa,

George Soros,

Two Presidents of Venezuela (one dead),

Big Tech (notably a server in West Germany),

Major U.S. Cities (ie black voters*),

Volunteer Poll Workers,

Argentina,

Richard Daley (former Mayor of Chicago and also dead),

Cuba,

Two voting machine companies,

And

A British Baron.

But don’t worry two (count them 2!) Republican Senators are sort of, kind of, speaking out.

Back when I first got into computers the joke was there was a fellow looking at a print out coming from the computer and he was saying, “This can’t be happening.”

Just in case you don’t understand the humor – The point is that the print out is clearly showing THAT IT IS HAPPENING. Your saying it’s not is really irrelevant. 

Although this week my wife and I have watched the graphs of state after state and their infection rates. It is climbing and is almost straight up. As in “The Sky’s the Limit!” We’ve heard hospital administrators say their hospitals are full. We’ve listened to nurses, doctors, and hospital staff say they are exhausted. The surrounding hospitals are full. There are no places to call for more ICU staff. Prisoners are being recruited to move the dead bodies. We’ve seen the morgues in trailers. We’ve seen the memories of people who have died. One couple, the husband got sick and died. As his wife was planning his memorial she got sick and died. They leave behind a four year old.

Infectious disease experts and governors are telling us, it will get worse. 

What can we do? 

Governor Cuomo said something I found very interesting. He said it’s not the schools that are spreading the disease, but home gatherings. It’s the little party in your house. It’s the wedding or funeral. Places where you, for whatever reason, drop your guard. 

The stories of infection of “how did you get infected?” seem to fall into two buckets. Either they don’t know or they can point to one person. In the latter case the story typically goes like this, “I got it from … and then I gave it to …”

At this time the best advice is TO STAY HOME. Don’t go see anyone. WAIT.

Please. 

We were going to go see our new grandson. He’s in Massachussetts. We decided not to risk it. We were going to go to the lake to see Shelby’s parents and spend the time with her brother and his family. We decided not to risk it.

I don’t want to get it. I don’t want to give it. 

This is no joke. It can kill.

North Dakota has the worst outbreak of anywhere in the world. Have you ever been to North Dakota? You can drive for miles and miles and not see anyone. I knew a guy who said in the town where he lived there was a traffic light twenty miles to the east, and to the west you could drive for 120 miles straight until you hit a curve in the road. That state has the worst outbreak in the world.

Don’t think you are immune. Don’t think you can’t get it (just because you haven’t gotten it so far.) 

You can get it. You can die from it. You could give it to someone else, someone you love, and they could die.

To semi-quote the actor Samuel L. Jackson, “Stay the F at home!”
