The title of this piece is a quote as near as I can remember it from former Republican strategist Elise Jordan in regards to Rudy Guiliani the last time he made a fool of himself. (Okay, maybe it wasn’t the last time, but one of the times before.) For me that pretty well sums it up when it comes to Rudy. 

Moving on, we now have Satan trying to outright steal the election. Is anyone surprised?

And being the malicious little bully that he is, he’s trying to make as much of a mess as he can of the government before he leaves and to stall the transition in anyway he can. To wit:

– He has ordered by tweet (is that legit?) for troops to be drawn down in Afghanistan and Iraq to 2500 by January 15, five days before he leaves office.

– He has not ordered the GSA Administrator to sign the transition paperwork.

– He has not attended a corona virus task force meeting in months and is not commenting on it and has taken no action, other than to claim that he is responsible for the vaccine, which he is not. (Oddly the person more responsible is Dolly Parton, who gave Vanderbilt University one million dollars for corona virus research.)

This is typical and some in the Republican party are being hailed as brave for saying something. They are all cowards, and like Satan have no interest in helping people. Why should they? They owe their allegiance to powerful interests that pay for their campaigns and give them lucrative insider tips and fees for speeches and books.

However, what some Republicans are learning is that Satan doesn’t care about them. I mean as much as is riding on the Georgia Senate races you’d think he’d go down there and stump for them. No. Ain’t gonna do it. Why should he? How does it benefit him? 

Meanwhile that lying cheating governor of Georgia has certified their election results but asked for another hand recount. I guess the counters get paid and this is the Republican idea of how you inject money into the economy.

Speaking of injecting money into the economy one of the economic commentators said that for all the money we’ve spent on the economy we could have instead given every household $25,000.00. Hum, which do you think would have done more for the economy and people hurting economically?

Mike Pence came out of hiding and did his “American People” routine about something or other and then promptly left the news room as the reporters shouted after him about the corona virus task force.

The My Pillow Guy and Ricky Schroeder have bailed the kid out of jail that shot and killed two people in Minnesota. At least it was white on white and so I’m sure Dave Chappelle has something to say about that.

Fox News is starting to turn. Tucker Carlson said that woman with Rudy, the one who wanted all the swing states to ignore their election results and appoint Satan electors, did not provide dear Tucker with any evidence of voter fraud. Why should she? You don’t need no stinkin’ evidence Tucker. Come on man, just blame it on Hugo Chavez and Mayor Daley. What’s wrong with you? It’s a little late in your career to be asking for facts.

There is still time to impeach this man before he does more harm.

Meanwhile his namesake got the virus. How did that happen? George Soros no doubt.

And lastly, many in our neighborhood still have out their “Trump 2020” signs. I keep wanting to post atop them “LOSER” and maybe “SUCKERS.”

If you are a supporter of the current president or a Republican you might be shocked to learn that the current inhabitant of The White House doesn’t give a fuck about you, the country, or anything else but himself.

I have it on good authority he cheats at golf. Just sayin’

Here is the list of conspirators and organizations who through their nefarious actions cost our great leader the election:

China,

Antifa,

George Soros,

Two Presidents of Venezuela (one dead),

Big Tech (notably a server in West Germany),

Major U.S. Cities (ie black voters*),

Volunteer Poll Workers,

Argentina,

Richard Daley (former Mayor of Chicago and also dead),

Cuba,

Two voting machine companies,

And

A British Baron.

But don’t worry two (count them 2!) Republican Senators are sort of, kind of, speaking out.

Back when I first got into computers the joke was there was a fellow looking at a print out coming from the computer and he was saying, “This can’t be happening.”

Just in case you don’t understand the humor – The point is that the print out is clearly showing THAT IT IS HAPPENING. Your saying it’s not is really irrelevant. 

Although this week my wife and I have watched the graphs of state after state and their infection rates. It is climbing and is almost straight up. As in “The Sky’s the Limit!” We’ve heard hospital administrators say their hospitals are full. We’ve listened to nurses, doctors, and hospital staff say they are exhausted. The surrounding hospitals are full. There are no places to call for more ICU staff. Prisoners are being recruited to move the dead bodies. We’ve seen the morgues in trailers. We’ve seen the memories of people who have died. One couple, the husband got sick and died. As his wife was planning his memorial she got sick and died. They leave behind a four year old.

Infectious disease experts and governors are telling us, it will get worse. 

What can we do? 

Governor Cuomo said something I found very interesting. He said it’s not the schools that are spreading the disease, but home gatherings. It’s the little party in your house. It’s the wedding or funeral. Places where you, for whatever reason, drop your guard. 

The stories of infection of “how did you get infected?” seem to fall into two buckets. Either they don’t know or they can point to one person. In the latter case the story typically goes like this, “I got it from … and then I gave it to …”

At this time the best advice is TO STAY HOME. Don’t go see anyone. WAIT.

Please. 

We were going to go see our new grandson. He’s in Massachussetts. We decided not to risk it. We were going to go to the lake to see Shelby’s parents and spend the time with her brother and his family. We decided not to risk it.

I don’t want to get it. I don’t want to give it. 

This is no joke. It can kill.

North Dakota has the worst outbreak of anywhere in the world. Have you ever been to North Dakota? You can drive for miles and miles and not see anyone. I knew a guy who said in the town where he lived there was a traffic light twenty miles to the east, and to the west you could drive for 120 miles straight until you hit a curve in the road. That state has the worst outbreak in the world.

Don’t think you are immune. Don’t think you can’t get it (just because you haven’t gotten it so far.) 

You can get it. You can die from it. You could give it to someone else, someone you love, and they could die.

To semi-quote the actor Samuel L. Jackson, “Stay the F at home!”

    Election Day -16

Should the current president be prosecuted for any crimes he committed before or during his time in office, seems to be a question in some people’s minds.

To which I say, “WTF? YES!”

Then we get into what I’ll call “The Drivel Arguments.”

“The current President shouldn’t investigate his predecessor”

“Let’s move on.”

“If we do it now; they’ll do it later, but with BS arguments.”

Blah, blah, blah.

All of which I say and call out as, “BS.”

Listen, “If you did the crime. You do the time.”

“Let the chips fall where they may.”

(Two can play the quote game.)

People point to the example of Obama not investigating W and Cheney. Yeah? Was that a good idea? I say, “No.” We, as a people, deserved to know if our leaders were committing crimes, and if they did they should have been punished. 

This goes back, at least to Reagan and Iran-Contra. Certainly, Cheney should have been hauled in front of a judge and jury. Scooter Libby? Come on, man. The guy was guilty and should have served time. I don’t buy that we should move on. As far as I can see it only emboldens them to do worse the next time.

I would propose we do what Stacey Abrams does. When she got cheated out of the election for Governor of Georgia she went to work to change Georgia. The result was that the vote for President in Georgia in 2020 was undeniable and it now pits the Georgia Secretary of State, a Republican, against the dark forces of the Republican party who accuse him of all sorts of heinous things (you know, like not throwing the election like Kemp did in 2016.) 

What does Stacey say about Brad Raffensperger, the Georgia Sec of State? She said that when he does his job she praises him and when he doesn’t she holds him accountable. She’s gotten election reforms in Georgia passed so now the Secretary of State has had to choose between following the law or doing the illegal bidding of Satan and Graham, who decided to call him up from South Carolina to see if he couldn’t throw out hundreds of thousands of ballots because, you know, they were mostly black voters who voted Democratic.

It seems to me that Abrams is prodding the Republicans she has to work with to choose between the country and what they claim to be for, or to do the dirty work that the Republican operatives want, as Bismarck said, “the carrot and the stick.”

This seems to be a far better approach to getting results than closing our eyes and saying, “Aw gee, maybe next time Lucy won’t snatch the football away.”

PS I have questions. “What is a device called ‘MindRay’ doing in my doctor’s office?” “Is it in anyway associated with ‘ManRay’?” “Why does it have a handle like a Red Rider wagon?” So many questions. So few answers. I do what I can.

PPS Meanwhile the current inhabitant of the White House is out fiddling on the golf course while the country burns. When he’s not on the links he is throwing gas on the fire. I say there’s still time to impeach him.

PPPS And as some ask for a return to normal I say, “Bull.” That’s got us nowhere. It’s time for some bold agenda. Some real reform. I mean I don’t want to go back to the days where Rick Perry sticking his chest out like he had a ram rod up his ass got praised and Barack got criticized for wearing a brown suit got chastised. No, I’d like to see us actually do something. 

PPPPS Meanwhile the Senate went on break. But before they did they appointed a 33 year old lawyer who has had two cases under her belt to a lifetime appointment as a judge. Not that there was anything else important to do.

The Republican Party and the Republicans in Congress are fascists, and I assume there are a few good people too. However, there are also lemmings, the conned, the stupid, the hypocrites, the false patriots, and I assume a few that are deplorable.

The news outlets have talked of the two Americas. It used to be rural and urban, or bi-coastal and center, or red and blue but now it’s fantasy land and reality. Unfortunately for the Republicans most of whom live in fantasy land they are now running into reality. Yes, there is the Corona virus and Covid 19 and that’s bad. Apparently, there are patients in Michigan in the ICU who can barely breath who yell and curse at their caregivers because the patients refuse to believe they have Corona virus because they say it’s not real. When do they stop bitching? When they get a tube shoved down their throat. 

Now the Republicans are running into another reality. They’ve been bitching about the elections being rigged and lots of voter fraud. They even appointed a guy in Homeland Security to oversee a group to make sure there was no voter fraud. Unfortunately, for that fellow he did his job. There was no voter fraud, no ballot tampering (well, except for a couple of armed Quanon yahoos who were stopped in Philadelphia*), no switching of votes, no dead people voting in droves. In other words it was “a free and fair election.” 

What to do? First Satan fired the Homeland Security guy and his assistant. Now Republican operatives are trying to get election boards to not certify results. They tried that yesterday in Detroit. The vote was 2-2 with the Republican representatives saying they wouldn’t certify the elections in the city and county where Detroit is located. They alleged massive voter fraud, etc. Etc. Etc. A few hours later they changed their minds after the election board was besieged by angry citizens. They instead have asked the governor for an audit. 

This kind of tactic is being tried by Republicans across the country, in areas that are heavily black and Democratice. Yet, the only signs of voter fraud, is by white Republicans (ie Fascists.) 

* A word about the two armed men caught in Pennsylvania. They were from Virginia. They are supporters of our Republican state senator Amanda Chase. She likes to show people that she carries a gun in her hand bag. For some reason she is trying to distance herself from these two. 

Oh, and in broken down news, Rudy Giuliani went to Federal Court to argue without evidence about some voter fraud. This is the first time Rudy has been active in a courtroom in 28 years! Why? Some ask. It is reported that he is charging $20,000 a day for his services. Hey Rudy! Don’t you know Trump doesn’t pay?

Okay, what else? Oh yeah, there are reports that Biden wants to “move on” and not go after Trump. He doesn’t want his presidency to be about the Donald. I get it. Frankly, I think crucifying Satan, Miller, and Pompeo on the front lawn of the White House would send the wrong message. I’d object for the religious symbolism reason. I think a separate committee(s) within the Justice Department should handle the many crimes of Satan and his administration. 

There was also speculation that Satan was thinking about military action against Iran. I suspect that he will initiate this in the last two weeks of his presidency. I suggest that the chiefs of staff go to the White House and bring a map of the world and ask him where specifically the should attack. Ask him to put his finger on the map. All I gotta say is, “Watch Out!” God knows what they’ll bomb. I can guarantee one thing. Iran will be safe. (Because like Fox News, he can’t find it on a map.)

Okay. What else? We need to keep Satan busy. Idle time means he dreams up new things to ruin. Hey, how about an impeachment? Just pump one out, send it to Moscow Mitch. Why not hack twitter and take down his account? Or how about this? Hire the guy from CISA (that’s the agency that secured our election that Donnie just fired for doing his job) and put him in charge of removing any false information from Twitter? Okay, removing it would be too much, I agree. I think we should get the folks that do John Oliver’s graphics about Pumpkin Spice Latte to do something for the false twitter statements of Satan. I see a big flashing red stamp saying, “FALSE!” or “LIES” or “BULL” put on top of the tweets and having audio to go with it.

Ah me. Why haven’t I been asked?

And Ali Velshi, how many caught his reference to Canada and Detroit last night? He said Detroit was south of his home country of Canada. Ha ha, pretty funny, but true. Look it up.

PS Weird reflections on the morning walk. Obviously, the sign of the turtle, Don’t ya think? Maybe not. Who can say? (I can. I can. I know the truth!)
